current thoughts on what type of magazine to create

currently i am more leaning towards creating a video game based magazine, however being unable to use existing characters and intellectual properties is making me unsure. I'm also considering creating a tabloid styled magazine or a music based magazine as it would be easier to create new "characters" by simply taking pictures of people i know and giving them a different name for the magazine, pretending that they are famous or a music star.
